With more than two decades of
experience in the industry and a Wrangler and
Ariat endorsee, Rasmussen is a veteran rodeo
announcer who, since advancing to the PRCA ranks
in 1994, has shared his style of announcing with
rodeo fans in Montana and across the United
States.
Definite Style. Rasmussen's trademark
is his enthusiasm for the sport and his ability to
involve the entire audience ineach of the rodeo events.
His commentary is down-to-earth, sprinkled with rodeo
facts and trivia that make the show understandable and
enjoyable for veteran fans and first-time enthusiasts.
"I'm committed to getting the audience totally involved
in every performance," he says.
His personal knowledge of the
sport, sense of humor and timing blend together for a
quality presentation that enhances the rodeo and
satisfies the fans. "I guess it's my sense that you need
more than just a rodeo," he says. "People want to be
entertained."
Rasmussen is a fast thinker, who
adjusts to the quicksilver changes of pace in the rodeo
arena with humor and aplomb and is comfortable
commenting on all facets of the sport.

Rodeo Entertainer Mark Swingler
has one goal on his mind when
entering a rodeo arena. That
goal is to make sure rodeo fans
get their money’s worth. With
his talent to involve crowds
with outrageous acts and create
an atmosphere of family fun, he
is very successful at reaching
his goal.
Mark Swingler, from Austin,
Texas; has been entertaining
rodeo fans in the PRCA for the
past eleven years. His ability
to entertain rodeo fans with his
diversity in comedy acts has
established him as a premier
entertainer in ProRodeo. His
1927 Model “T” Clown Car, the
Original Moonwalk, his westie
dog “Misty", and his latest
addition, Extreme mini-moto
racing, have kept people rolling
in their seats across the
nation. In 1997 he introduced
the YMCA act which took crowds
by surprise and set him apart
from the rest. The act was
awarded Specialty Act of the
Year in the Texas Circuit and
has been nominated twice as
Comedy Act of the Year in the
PRCA. In 2001 his YMCA routine
was featured in the opening
ceremonies at the Wrangler
National Finals Rodeo. He has
also been nominated twice as
PRCA Clown of the Year that
ranks him one of the top five
entertainers in the country.
Mark’s impromptu barrel routines
have pleased crowds of young and
the young at heart. His natural
ability has earned him
appearances at
seven circuit finals, the Dodge
National Circuit Finals in
Pocatello, ID; and his latest
honor, the Wrangler Winter Tour
Finale at the MGM Grand in Las
Vegas. He has also been featured
at some of the larger rodeos in
the country, including the
National Western, Denver, CO;
American Royal, Kansas City, KS;
Caldwell Night Rodeo, Caldwell,
ID; Dodge City Roundup, Dodge
City, KS; and RodeoHouston,
Houston, TX.

stepped up to the job when Darrell Diefenbach was unable to
recover from a broken leg in time for rodeo’s Super Bowl.
ButJenningsis
no newcomer to major rodeos. He has been a PRCA bullfighter
since graduating from college more than a decade ago. He
worked the Xtreme Bulls Tour Finals in 2006 and the Dodge
National Circuit FinalsRodeoin
2005 and 2008.Jenningsis
known for his ability to read bulls, and he likes to keep
the focus on the bull and rider. “An invisible bullfighter
is a good bullfighter,” he told ESPN.com in December.
